CHANGES

It’s been quiet a while since I penned down anything, but I have been transformed by recent events in my life. This blog is very personal and I named it Changes. Life has changed so drastically for me that I am still dazed at the transition. First I finished school, got married had two wonderful children then became a widow all in a span of about 3.5 years. I wonder how I have managed to this point, and I soon realize that my personal forte has been with God, good friends, a supportive family and an adopted mother and work. They have made life much more manageable. However, with all that has happened in my short life, I am now at the point that I am obsessed with finding the lessons that I have to learn. I am at a crossroads, that I am unsure which path to take. I am living but more for my children. Hence to add a bit of myself, I have resurrected the poetry I almost abounded for the sake of motherhood and wifelyhood. Poetry has been my only sanity and these changes have lead me to work on another collection of poetry that I have titled “dirty gossip”.
